Our Approach

We only work in Regulatory Affairs (for more specifics click here).  This concentration allows us to be experts in our field - from a solid understanding of the drug development process to current marketplace trends. Our founder, Brian Mistrot, has been in pharmaceutical recruitment since 1995 and specialized in Regulatory Affairs in 2007. We understand this niche extremely well. 

In addition to specializing only in Regulatory Affairs, we try to help both clients and candidates connect with each other even if it is not a current client. We make an effort to keep up with all Regulatory openings on our site to help candidates (and clients) make more informed decisions. To be clear, we are NOT a job board and we will not be paid for many of these postings. It is simply an effort to help. See openings here.
